I need them in a toddler size somewhere that I can go and buy them. I dont have a paypal or a cc.

i’m with cujo on this one. make them yourself. you don’t even need fancy spray glue, they make glitter paint and it’s just one step, paint the shoes.
why spend more than you have to? i bet you already have some old shoes that you can use.
Buy red or black toddler shoes.
Buy spray glue from home depot or lowes
Buy gliter from hobby lobby or whatever hobby store is in your area.
Spray glue on shoes, sprinkle with glitter.

Target has a bunch of them. If you can’t find them there try a costume store.
I found some before at payless…and I’d try walmart and target too. I’ve seen them there as well.
