| I've read several of James Patterson's books and enjoyed almost all of them -- except this one. Not only was it difficult to get interested in, it never seemed to move along. Typically I can read one of his books in a few days, this took almost 2 weeks and I quit reading it twice before making myself finish it. |

| I thought it was extremely interesting. As I read it it really got me hooked. Towards the end it peeked my interest in that I really couldn't put it down until the last page was read. |

| I am such.........SUCH.......a Patterson fan. I love the reads and I love the drama......but when there isn't a personal connection.....a bite to sink into that connects a story to another story........not so much. Single stories just don't seem to be the forte. The series books, yes.........the singles.......not so much. I read it out of respect for the author.......but I was not impressed. I need more nail biting........more anticipation.....more familiarity........this just didn't do it for me and I'm thankful that I didn't pick it for a "summer read". Sorry.........truly do love Patterson. |

| I find that the novels which has Alex Cross in them are more enjoyable. This novel is a little slow for me. |
